That Crack You Keep Fixing Won't Stay Sealed — Because You're Using the Wrong Sealant.

Your driveway, patio, and basement walls shift daily. Concrete expands under summer heat. It contracts in freezing cold. The foundation settles by tiny fractions of a millimeter. Soil moves after heavy rains. Each time the concrete shifts, the stiff caulk you applied last spring breaks — and the crack opens up once again.

CrackVault™ is a flexible polymer sealant that moves with your concrete rather than cracking against it. Simply squeeze it in, let it cure overnight, and the crack stays sealed through every freeze-thaw, blazing summer day, and rainy downpour. One pouch. Every crack. Done in one weekend.

Why It Sticks While Other Sealants Fail

Stretches like rubber, hardens like stone — flexes alongside the concrete so it won’t snap when temperatures shift

Adheres to concrete, brick, stone, mortar, asphalt, and tile — one pouch covers every surface around your home

Self-levels within the crack — no need for troweling, smoothing, or guesswork on a "perfect finish"

Touch-dry in 6–12 hours, fully cured in 24 — apply Saturday morning, walk on it by Sunday

UV-resistant in White, Grey, or Black — choose the closest shade and the repair blends seamlessly into your slab

Stays tough in heat and cold — won’t get sticky in summer or brittle in winter

How It Really Works

Most "concrete sealants" just sit on the surface, harden into a stiff plug, and crack as soon as the slab moves. CrackVault™ uses a flexible polymer that seeps deep inside the crack, bonds to the rough walls, and cures into a rubbery seal that moves with the surrounding material. When concrete expands or shrinks, the seal stretches along. When exposed to water, it beads up and rolls off.

"Filled the seam along the garage in July. After three freeze-thaw cycles in November, it’s still flat, smooth, and dry. The basement smells like a basement again, not damp cement." — Mark T.

Three Simple Steps. About 10 Minutes Per Crack.

1. Brush out loose dirt and debris from inside the crack.

2. Cut the conical nozzle to fit the crack width, then squeeze the pouch from the bottom. The sealant flows in and self-levels.

3. Leave it be. Return in 24 hours. The crack is gone.

Made For The Spots That Always Break First

Driveway seams. Sidewalk joints. Garage floor splits. Pool deck cracks. Patio gaps. Basement walls. Foundation seams. Roof tile joints. Brick mortar lines. The conical nozzle trims to fit anything from a hairline crack up to a finger-wide gap — and the formula bonds firmly to whatever masonry surface your home cracks next.

Common Questions Before Trying Your First Pouch

Will it hold through winter?
Yes. Cracks typically reopen because rigid caulks crack when concrete contracts in cold. CrackVault™ stretches rather than breaking — exactly what it’s designed for.

Does it bond to old, worn concrete?
Yes, provided the crack is dry and loose dirt is cleared away. No primer necessary.

Can I drive over it once cured?
Yes, after the full 24-hour cure.

How wide a crack can it fill?
From hairline cracks up to about finger-width. For wider cracks, apply in two layers — let the first cure for 24 hours, then add the second.

What if I don’t use the entire pouch?
Simply reseal the cap. The pouch keeps leftover sealant fresh for your next repair.

Will it stay put on vertical surfaces?
Yes — its thickness keeps it in place on basement walls and brick joints without dripping.

If the First Crack Reopens, Contact Us.

Try CrackVault™ on the most stubborn crack around your home. If it reopens within 90 days, we’ll send you a replacement pouch or refund your order — your choice. We’d rather replace one pouch than have you fight the same crack again.
