Fix a Flat in 60 Seconds with Just a Phillips Screwdriver

No jack. No tow truck. No hours wasted at the tire shop. VeloShield™ is a self-threading rubber screw that twists right into the puncture and seals it instantly — whether you're in a parking lot, on the roadside, or at home. The tire stays mounted, the car stays grounded, and the only tool you need is the Phillips screwdriver already in your glove compartment.

Stop Calling a Tow Every Time You Pick Up a Nail

Roadside tows cost $100 or more. Tire shops charge $30–$50 plus an hour of your time to plug a single hole. Traditional sticky-string kits require you to wrestle a bulky T-handle through hot rubber as traffic zooms by. VeloShield™ cuts all that out — its spiral body grips inside the puncture perfectly, heat-proof rubber fills the gap, and the deep cross slot lets a standard Phillips driver sink it flush in seconds.

➤ Self-Tapping Spiral Threads That Grip and Hold: The deep helical ridges wrap the plug’s center, pulling it into the hole as you screw it in. You just guide the driver — the threads do the rest.

➤ Heat-Resistant Rubber That Won't Crack or Dry Out: Made for real-world tire challenges — scorching asphalt in summer, freezing pavement in winter, nonstop flexing at speed. No shrinking, no brittleness, no slow leaks days later.

➤ Compatible with All Your Tubeless Tires: Cars, pickups, SUVs, motorcycles, e-scooters, ATVs, ride-on mowers, tractors. Keep a kit in your truck, bike storage, or garage drawer — ready for flats anytime.

Two Sizes Tailored to the Hole You Actually Have

Most punctures come from nails, drywall screws, or roofing tacks — neat holes between 1mm and 5mm wide. VeloShield™ includes both sizes in every kit so you can stop guessing: the small plug (5.2 × 12mm) seals holes up to 3mm, while the large plug (6.6 × 15mm) fits punctures from 3mm to 5mm. Just eyeball the hole, pick the right plug, and twist it in.

No more wasting money on “universal” kits that only cover half the punctures shown on the packaging.

Three Simple Steps, One Tool, Road Ready Again

Remove the nail or screw from the tread. Choose the plug that fits the hole. Screw it in flush using a Phillips screwdriver. That’s it. Most drivers are back on the road within a minute — no pulling the tire off, no jacks, no waiting for a tow.

Designed to Seal Tight, Mile After Mile

"I used to get burned by every cheap plug kit on Amazon. Picked up a screw on the highway, twisted this in on the shoulder, drove 200 miles home — no leaks, no warning lights, never worried again. The plug’s still holding tight." — Marcus T.

✓ Deepened Cross Slot in the Tail: The Phillips notch is recessed deeply in a reinforced tail, so your driver grips securely and won’t slip out mid-installation.

✓ Stepped Helix Threads: Spiral ridges wrap the plug’s body and bite into the puncture walls, so tire pressure pushes the plug tighter the more you drive.

✓ Tapered Conical Tip: The pointed end slips easily into the hole without enlarging the cut — clean insertion, clean seal, zero extra damage.

How It Really Works

Step 1: Locate the leak. Remove whatever caused it. Clean out debris from the hole. If the puncture is too small to see, use the plug’s tip to just widen it slightly to grip.

Step 2: Pick the plug size that matches the puncture. Insert the tip into the hole, slot your Phillips driver into the cross slot, and twist until the plug head is flush with the tread.

Step 3: Inflate the tire to the correct pressure. Brush the spot with soapy water. If no bubbles appear, you’ve got an airtight seal and you're good to go.

Your Questions, Answered

Will this damage my tire?

No. The tapered tip fits into the existing puncture without enlarging it, and the spiral threads grip the rubber rather than slicing it. If you upgrade to a proper patch later, you can simply remove the plug and patch over the same spot.

How long will the repair hold?

Many users say the plug outlasts the tire itself — once installed, it stays put. Monitor your tire pressure during the first few drives and comply with local regulations about long-term plug repairs.

Does it work on tube tires or sidewall damage?

No. VeloShield™ is designed only for tubeless tires and tread punctures. Sidewall or bead damage requires professional repair or tire replacement.

Do I need to take the tire off the rim?

No. That’s the whole point — find the leak, remove the debris, twist the plug in, and drive off. The tire stays mounted, and your vehicle stays on the ground.

Keep a Kit in the Glovebox, Skip a Hundred-Dollar Tow

Flats strike on dark highways, supermarket parking lots, or the daily commute. VeloShield™ turns a dreaded two-hour delay into a quick 60-second fix. After one use, you won’t go back to waiting for roadside assistance.
